Every fire protection system requires regular servicing to run at optimum performance and effectively combat a fire. Therefore, our maintenance teams will regularly test and audit your system to ensure it working in such an ideal condition. We are on call, day and night throughout the year to assist with servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting; thus, our technicians are capable of dealing with most problems on the spot.
Respectively, Smart FM Electromechanical LLC, has a high qualified maintenance engineers and technicians, that can provide all the maintenance procedure that are mandated by ADCD authority requirements & international standards. With a main goal of making sure all the installed fire-fighting and fire alarm systems are operating at standard, and are functioning without any minor or major errors on a 24/7 basis, and within the agreed service levels and regulations.
Also, our services include maintenance for any fire-fighting & fire alarm system installed by us, in addition to existing systems which were installed prior to our partnership with clients. However, the latter might require consultancy to assess any present gaps or needed enhancements, prior to contracting.
